The Broadmoor, 1 Lake Ave., will have its “Taste of The Broadmoor” at Charles Court restaurant at 6 p.m. Sept. 21. The resort’s culinary team will be preparing a five-course gourmet meal that will benefit the resort’s Culinary Apprenticeship Program and the Colorado Restaurant Association’s ProStart Program.
