Fine Arts Center curator Blake Milteer, who is also the museum director, conjured a sprawling, multilayered exhibition aiming to address the epic concepts of conflict and resolution. “Conflict/Resolution” wasn’t a complete success, but we greatly admire its attempt to engage the community in a new way.
