Fish in Colorado for FREE (no license!) June 5-6

From the Colorado Division of Wildlife:

Remember your first fishing trip? Sure you do, and you certainly remember who took you. That experience is probably why you are still fishing today. Experience the thrill again and share what you have learned with someone new to fishing, a friend, your neighbor, your family. Go fishing, for free, June 5 and 6. License requirements are waived on these days as part of Colorado’s Free Fishing Weekend (no license needed; all other regulations apply.)

Fish for free, and much, much more during the DOW's Outdoor Adventure Weekend near Lamar June 4 - 6, and on June 5 at a Kid’s Fishing Clinic at Colorado Spring’s Quail Lake. On June 12, there’s Denver’s Get Outdoors Day and Delta’s Delta's Outdoor Heritage Day (pdf). (Those 16 years of age and older will need a fishing license for the June 12 events.)
