Fans of Sixpence None the Richer will instantly recognize the voice of Leigh Nash, one of the band’s original members. She and the band attained colossal success with their pop single Kiss Me in 1999.

Leigh has two distinct poles of inspiration: her work with Sixpence in the Christian music sphere and her childhood fascination with older female country artists like Tanya Tucker, Loretta Lynn, and Patsy Cline.

“I started singing country music and learning old country songs on the guitar when I was 12. I was really, really shy but just had this desire to get on stage and started calling clubs myself to ask if I could come down and sing,” says Leigh, who grew up in the southern Texas town of New Braunfels.

She has released four solo albums, including Hymns and Sacred Songs in 2011. See Leigh Nash on YouTube

Special guest opener will be Stephanie Pauline. The singer/songwriter from Minneapolis, currently residing in Colorado Springs, offers sincere lyrics, provoking melodies, powerful storytelling, and dynamic live performances that have gained her an audience worldwide. With songs being played on more than 600 radio stations and in more than 30 countries, there is something clearly compelling about Stephanie’s brand of folk, pop and rock music. Listening to Stephanie, one is reminded of great artists like Sara McLachlan, Jewel and Alison Krauss, as her voice pierces the soul and leaves listeners aching for more.
