I love reality TV shows. I don’t like them because there is any actual reality involved. I like them because they’re this generation’s sitcoms. Reality shows are comedy gold. For evidence of this, look no further than “The Apprentice” franchise, which is always filled with hilarious characters. This latest edition of the trend, an “all-star” season (yes, those were air quotes), starts Sunday on NBC and includes more egomaniacs than should ever be allowed in one room. Omarosa, Dennis Rodman, Gary Busey and 11 other D-listers? Let the fireworks begin! Of course, my favorite person on this show is Donald Trump. Watching a self-important man with bad hair make attention hungry celebs dance for viewers’ amusement is too funny to pass up.
