Tracy Mobley-Martinez' expert pick: “Joe Turner’s Come and Gone”

Director Clinton Turner Davis and a cast of remarkable actors created one of the strongest performances I’ve seen this year. It was at times powerful, at times sweet. The August Wilson classic was paced beautifully and rendered with deeply human colors, good and bad. Riveting.
