    Ben Gallegos-Pardo, along with his mother and wife, has created a cozy coffee shop that features a small menu highlighting Hispanic dishes. The Cuban sandwich is a standout, with a mound of slow-cooked shredded pork piled on slices of ham inside a sturdy bun. Dill pickle slices are scattered over the pork, which is topped with a slice of Swiss cheese. A press in the sandwich grill melts the cheese and crisps the outside of the bread. Be sure to grab extra napkins to catch the juices from this tasty treat.
