Trinity Brewing Company increasing their beer making space and options
The Trinity Brewing Company, 1466 Garden of the Gods Road, will triple the amount of beer they can produce with the completion of an expansion that is underway and due to be finished the first week of March.
"My main reason for the expansion is because we can't keep up with the demand for our beer," said Jason Yester, president of the brewery. "We will go from four barrels to 12 barrels."
He will add three new beers to the lineup of full time brews on tap: Chi (a Belgian-style pilsner), Saison Man (a Belgian-style saison) and Slap Your Mammy double IPA.
"Slap Your Mammy is a spin-off from a hot sauce by the same name," he said. "The beer is shockingly hoppy and bitter."
Seating for the restaurant will increase by about 16 seats, with some of them in the barrel room.
