Chef shuffle between Conscious Table and Craftwood Inn

Ben Hoffer, who was the executive chef at The Craftwood Inn, has left the kitchen. No sooner had he turned in his notice than Dave Cotrill, a chef and partner at Conscious Table, accepted Hoffer's vacated position.
"We're talking about bring back some of the old favorites to The Craftwood like the jalapeno white chocolate mousse," Cotrill said.
And, there could be some dishes added that will be reflected of Cotrill's Charleston, North Carolina roots.
