In cod we trust: All others eat meatballs. Lutefisk, which is dried cod that has been soaked in water for days before being boiled and becoming translucent, is the Scandinavian specialty served up with all the trimmings (and meatballs if you shudder at the thought of fish) at Viking Hall, 1045 Ford St., by the Sons of Norway club. Seatings are at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday. Cost is $18 for club members; $20 for nonmembers; and, $8 for children 5-12. Herring, lingonberries, lutefisk, baked goods and gift items will be sold, too. Call 650-7029. Visit sonsofnorwaycs.com.
