Who doesn’t love pancakes, especially when they’re free? That’s what you get at IHOP restaurants 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Feb. 5 in honor of National Pancake Day. You are encouraged to make a donation to the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital or other local charities in exchange for the buttermilk stack. One hundred percent of the donations will help the charities with equipment, life-saving procedures and critical care for sick or injured children. The chain hopes to raise $3 million.
