Founded in 1975, TheatreWorks has remained the go-to company for quality, ambition and the talent to see it through. It upped the ante in June 2011 when it contracted with Actor’s Equity to increase the number of union members in the season’s roster. And if its critically acclaimed production of “Joe Turner’s Come and Gone” is any measure, it will give competitors a run for their money.
