    Vintages Wine & Spirits, 9 S. Tejon St., will have its Wine Stroll 5 to 9 p.m. Sept. 23. You’ll visit six downtown restaurants for nibbles and samples of about 16 wines. Cost is $30, and a portion will benefit TESSA.
