TERRY'S PICK: "The Walking Dead"

I've been watching television shows for almost 40 years and I can't remember a series that's had as weird a run as "The Walking Dead" (Sundays on AMC). It started out hot during its first season, cooled to the point of freezing and alienating fans during Season Two, and is back to being a great show in Season Three. This program is just like the zombies that populate it – alive, dead, and alive again. I’m not sure if it’s because this latest foray into the zombie apocalypse is a little more faithful (only a little) to its source material or that viewers have been given some great new characters (Michonne,, for instance) or gotten rid of some annoying ones (Lori) but “The Walking Dead” is must see TV.
